Overnight
House Sitting
In Your Home

Our house sitting service is perfect for pets of all breeds, ages, and needs—customized to fit their unique routines. This is our most popular service and often books well in advance!

Your pets get to stay in the comfort of their home while we provide overnight care from their dinner time to 7 AM. A midday visit the following day is always included to make sure they use the bathroom and get extra love. Sitters will step out for any scheduled drop-ins they may have, but will always prioritize your pets' well-being throughout their stay.

Beyond pet care, we keep your home tidy by watering plants, collecting mail, washing any used bedding/towels, and taking out our trash. While this isn't a 24/7 service, your pets remain our top priority.

Bed & Barkfast
House Sitting

This is our newest service option. It’s perfect for pet owners who want their animals to receive plenty of attention but don’t require overnight care. It also serves as a great alternative when overnight care isn’t available.

This package includes morning and evening care, along with a special gift from your sitter! In the morning, we arrive for a 30-minute drop-in visit between 8 and 9 AM for breakfast, a potty break, and extra love.

In the evening, we return for a 2-hour visit between 5 and 6 PM. During this visit, we hang out, walk, feed dinner, and provide lots of love before tucking them into bed.

You’ll also have the flexibility to add a midday drop-in visit or walk if needed, but most well-behaved dogs will thrive with this routine!

Drop-ins, Dog Walks, & Quick Cat Care

Our Drop-In Services ensure your pet is well taken care of, even when you're not around. We offer services for pets of all sizes and breeds, so you can relax knowing your pet is in the best hands.

We provide 15-minute cat care visits, 30-minute dog walks, and 30- or 60-minute drop-in visits.

During our drop-ins, we offer playtime, feeding, litter scooping, letting your pet out to potty in a fenced area, and plenty of love. Whatever your pet's needs are, you can rest assured we’ll provide exceptional care for them!

*Note* We will only walk one large dog or two small dogs at a time for safety reasons. 2 Large dogs that need separate walks will be $40 and extra time will be included if needed.

📌 Quick Service Policies to Understand Before Booking

All policies are outlined in the contracts you’ll sign when you activate your Time to Pet account. Please read them thoroughly and reach out with any questions or concerns.

Retainer: $100 non-refundable for House Sitting & Bed & Barkfast. Dates held only after payment.
Payments: Remaining balance due last day of service (auto-charged).
Cancellations: Same-day after 8 AM → 50% fee; Vacation visits canceled <72 hrs → 25% fee.
Hours: 8 AM–5 PM (Drop-ins outside hours +$5; excludes Overnights/B&B).
Holiday Fee: +$10 per service on major holidays & select holiday weeks.
Tips: Always optional — sitter keeps 100%.
